Meet Our Leadership

Paula-Rose Wihongi

Community President

As Community President, Paula-Rose Wihongi is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and growth of ICB. Community involvement is key to a successful community bank, as such, Ms. Wihongi participates as a Board Member for various local non-profit organizations.

Darin J. Nishimura

Executive Vice President

Darin participates in the loan approval process, managing loan policies and lending practices, credit risk review, estimating allowances for loan and lease losses, delinquency reporting, and loan workout activities.

Takeo K. Sasaki

Vice President & Controller

Takeo is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting requirements of the bank and its subsidiaries. He is responsible for ensuring that financial information is accurately and completely reported. He also assists in planning and completing accounting department projects.

Becky Vasquez

Assistant Vice President & Operations Systems Specialist

Becky’s vast experience contributes to the operations of the overall Bank and her responsibilities include projects that relate to various operational systems. Becky is always here for clients and has built long standing relationships and is widely regarded as our clients “go-to” person for banking solutions.

Janet Nelson

Vice President & Community Development Officer

Janet is a 25 plus year veteran of the banking industry with experience across several lines of business and has a core competency in relationship management and treasury management services. She is focused on the meeting the financial needs of the community and local non-profits.

Crystal Barker

Office Manager

Crystal is responsible for managing the bank’s operational functions which include new accounts and teller activities. She ensures her team provides quality customer service to ALL. She has more than 20 years of community banking experience and has helped countless business owners manage their deposit accounts and cash needs.
